- Poor Communication - Hires for a role, but then gives you tasks that aren't relevant to that role. - Most employees/ managers have less then 2 years with the company. - Turn-over rate is at 80-90% I was with this company less then 6 months and there were 2 people let go from my team alone. - Management will conduct behind the scenes investigations behind your back without you having any prior knowledge, then send their findings to HR to have them handle termination procedures. - Overall terrible experience and a waste of my time.
